Northlake Breeze Lodge (NLB) Estate is a project currently in progress on the Northern side of Lake Naivasha. NLBL Estate is a gated community development, at which the anchor development is the construction of an events and entertainment centre with adequate accommodation and facilities on site.

The second phase of the Kenya Standard Gauge Railway will pass by to the South East of the lake, opening the region to tourism and industry. The centre piece of the SGR in this section is the Mai Mahiu Freight Exchange Centre and the Naivasha Special Economic Zone.

From this location one is able to take boat rides, visit Eburu Forest, Hell’s gate National park, Longonot national park and take a 10 minute drive for a game of golf at the Great Rift Valley Lodge.
Lake Naivasha has an altitude of 1880 metres above sea level, close to 100 meters higher than Nairobi. It is the highest and is the second largest freshwater lake of the Rift Valley Lakes, tucked at the bottom of the eastern escarpment.
